SMOKING INSIDE OF THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED!
Please ensure that all umbrellas at the swimming pool and terraces are closed after use, especially when the wind picks up around noon (12:00 hrs). The wind can potentially damage the umbrellas. In the event of damage, the cost of replacing an umbrella is 65€, and this expense will be the responsibility of the guest.
In the event of stained towels or bed linen, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If the stain cannot be successfully cleaned, the guest will be charged the full amount for a new replacement item.

If guests anticipate the need for cleaning during their stay, we offer the option to reserve a cleaning service through us. The minimum duration is 2 hours for 40€, and any additional hours will be charged at 15€ per hour. Please feel free to contact us to arrange a cleaning service if required.
1. Food, glass and sandy beach towels are not allowed in the swimming pool terrace.
Kindly avoid entering the swimming pool with sand. Use the hose provided to wash off any sand before entering the pool.
2. Please use swimming pool towels exclusively within the swimming pool area and refrain from taking them to the beach. We provide all other towels and bed linens for use strictly inside the house. Additionally, we offer extra beach towels specifically for external use outside the villa. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the proper use of towels.
3. Swimming is not permitted after 23:00 hrs. Please refrain from using the pool during this time to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.
4. After using any area of the house, including the swimming pool, tennis court, petanque area, terraces, and gardens, please ensure that it is left tidy and clean. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of these spaces is essential for the enjoyment of all guests. Thank you for your consideration.
All umbrellas should be closed after use.
5. No loud music or parties are allowed (We want to maintain a peaceful location for all guests and neighbors).
6. Please ensure that air conditioners are turned off when guests are not in the house. If left on while the guests are away, we reserve the right to shut down the electricity to conserve energy. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
7. All lights inside and outside have to be turned off when guests leave the house or go to sleep.
8. Please refrain from disposing of any food items in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, as it can lead to severe pipe blockages. In the event of plumbing issues caused by improper disposal of food, a plumber may need to be called, and the associated cost of €280 will be the responsibility of the guests.
9. Please dispose of only toilet paper in the toilet. Items such as face cleaning napkins, other types of napkins, cotton fabrics, or similar materials must not be flushed. Please use the small bucket provided in each bathroom for these items. This precaution is essential to care for the environment and prevent pipe blockages. In the event of plumbing issues leading to clogs, a plumber may need to be called, and the associated cost of €280 will be the responsibility of the guests.
10. While staying at our rental, please follow Esporles' recycling guidelines. It's important to separate the rubbish correctly. Please be aware that failure to do so may require guests to personally re-sort their waste according to the guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please avoid accumulating rubbish inside the house or on the terraces as it can lead to unpleasant odors and attract pests such as rats, ants, and cockroaches. Keep the living spaces clean and dispose of waste in the designated bins promptly. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a hygienic environment.
11. Prior to checking out, kindly ensure that no rubbish is left behind. All guests are required to take all their waste with them upon departure. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
12. The smoke detectors in the house are integral security systems that cannot be turned off or removed. These devices are crucial for life-saving measures in worst-case scenarios. If the detectors run out of batteries, please inform us immediately. Your prompt notification is essential to maintaining the safety and well-being of all occupants.
13. No pets are allowed (we have a cat).
14. From 1 May to 15 October, no open fire is allowed on the bonfire terrace or in the BBQ areas, in accordance with local regulations. Fines of up to €100,000 may apply if these rules are violated.
Only charcoal may be used in the BBQs. During windy days in June, July, August, and September, please avoid using the BBQ for safety reasons.
15. To keep the villa in excellent condition, gardeners, the maintenance team, and we (the owners) work on the 7,000 m² property every day. Occasionally, we may stay overnight in our private area to start work early the next morning. We always respect our guests’ privacy.
If one of the main terraces needs to be temporarily closed for maintenance, guests will be informed at least one day in advance.
16. We've established flexible check-in and check-out hours. However, if there's another guest arriving or departing on the same day, the designated hours are as follows:
- Check-in: After 16:00 hrs
- Check-out: By 10:00 hrs
If necessary, we're happy to secure your luggage at the villa before the official check-in time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
